GoogleAnna was great during our booked viewing. She was waiting for us with the house ready (lights on, etc.). She showed us around patiently and gave us all the required information, as well as gave us space to explore the house.

GoogleThe house is spacious, well maintained, clean and tidy. Absolutely impressive open and wide marvelous view seeing from the garden. Quiet area with plenty of sunshine. Anna was amiable and introduced every room and garden of the property in details, which is much appreciated.

GoogleAbsolutely abysmal customer service. Called Arnold branch and spoke to sarah to put an offer in on a property. I was then informed that the property was with the mapperly branch, to which I offered to call this branch to put the offer in. I was told that I was fine giving the offer, and it would be passed over in time for the best and final date. 5 days later and 3 days after the best and final date for the property, I proceeded to ring the branch to discuss the radio silence and after waiting 6 hours for a call back received one explaining our offer hadn't been passed over and that the arnold branch had "no recollection of our offer". This experience has caused us massive anxiety as well as the loss of what could have been our dream home. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed by this and not in a hurry to use them in again.

GoogleI can't rate David James highly enough. In what was such a stressful process, with so many issues and incompetence from other agents, brokers and solicitors, David James, in particular Natasha was the only person in the chain I could count on. Honest, open, hard working - we simply wouldn't have moved just before Christmas without them. We bought through David James, and next time I will be selling with James and asking for Natasha.
