GoogleI have two properties that I rent out via this estate agent's full management service, and I am very happy with their service to date. Jess Johnson, is very friendly and always happy to help with any queries about my properties. It isn't easy being a private landlord today, and this estate agent offer management solutions at a very reasonable charge, which prevent me worrying about the new goverment rules and threats of fines. They track all your safety requirements for you promptly, and they also assist you in contacting good, reliable work persons for repair jobs, and gas and electricity repairs/checks. Additionally, they are happy to negotiate with clients over rents, which saves you any hassle. I would highly recommend them.

In particular when our last tenants gave in their notice thanks to the teams hard work we had new tenants in the property within a week.

GoogleBad Management, will make the landlord suffer to get their monthly rent paid by tenants by holding it in their bank account by making excuses, we made a big mistake of handing over our Brand new house to these estate agency, who are money mongers, will not respond to your calls, very expensive, told one price when we handed over the keys and almost took the entire month rent and even month additional charges for doing nothing and when we gave notice, kept holding our monthly rents, when we have to pay our mortgage, bills associated with the property, such a big no no to these unorganised, unprofessional, money mongers!! There are online Estate agents who are far better then these so called your move Estate agents who will not charge such a hefty charges and even make EPC free of charge, will do entire maintenance work of the property and will pay you monthly Rent for the term agreed, and there are no conditions, I will advise all landlord to approach those online estate agents rather then falling prey for such irresponsible Property management your move estate agents. Such Estate agents don’t even deserve single star.
