GoogleLost the feam home because of the incompetence of this company. Lack of communication to the sellers on their behalf meant that we lost a house to this company. Wouldn't dream of using them ever. If you see a house on here that you like go and speak to the sellers yourself as these people do not relay the correct information to the sellers Would score them a zero if I could

GoogleHi the only thing that went wrong was the probate I just wish we had known ,it cost us a bit of money not your fault the seller of the flat ,we had to cancel the 14 Aug 2023 movers .

GoogleI Booked a viewing so I took the afternoon of work to fit in the only time they had available and they didn’t even turn up to show me the property I was serious about buying complete waste time !!!

GoogleThe team at H&H land estates were nothing short of most excellent. From the onset of our purchase, the correspondence, assistance with legal matters and smooth running through to the handover of keys was exemplary. The welcome gift was the personal touch being icing on the cake. I'm hoping this is my last move but in the event of a relocation I would definitely approach H&H and would recommend their services to anyone looking for that personal, very friendly and above all swift, professional service. GoogleRang up 3 times about a house viewing the 1st time was just an hour or so after the house was put on the listing they said they'd ring us back with a day and time after they'd spoke to the owners, we rang up 2 days later same thing again except got told they only had 1 spot for a viewing left which we couldn't make so said they'd ring us back again heard nothing so rang again and still no futher forward clearly locals buying a house isn't a thing now only people from london can buy a house in the lakes what a bloody joke nowt like supporting locals in staying on thier home county its all about money nowNegativeProfessionalism

Google'Ring any time day or night, here's my mobile number'...never answered or got back to us. The one viewing we could have had didnt happen as they were too busy 'what do people think we do, just sit around waiting for someone to want to view' and the importance of it wasn't stressed to us at the time or we would have viewed ourselves (we are first time sellers, the people wanting to view bought another house they seen that day). When going in the office the person dealing with us kept their head down and left our queries to someone else. Took weeks to get a for sale sign up, months to get them to advertise on their facebook page. Just didnt seem interested in our business. Have since moved to another company.
