One thing that stood out with H&H was their responsiveness, you could always get them on the end of the phone or at least a call back quickly, always positive and friendly, a pleasure to deal with.

Recently purchased a repossessed property through H&H. Which demanded everything signed, sealed and delivered in a very limited timescale, Emma was great with us, always checking on progress and updating us when necessary, When buying a repossession you can have an offer accepted but the property still stays on the market until completion and you can be outbid at any moment, this happened with us when we were a mere days away from exchanging contracts, Thankfully Emma and H&H fought our corner and common sense prevailed, We are extremely grateful to them for that.

We've recently completed on a house which was marketed with H&H. All aspects of their service were brilliant, from the knowledge and info of the house and location from their accompanied viewer, to the way Emma kept us informed of the progress from having our offer accepted through to completion. Emma was great in chasing information from both sets of solicitors which helped keep things moving. If we ever move again (he says whilst still surrounded by boxes and carnage 😂) we would definitely use H&H to market our home.

Have used this company twice having had excellent service from a member of their staff who previously worked for another company. The offices in Grange-over-Sands and Penrith were both brilliant at marketing my 2 properties , successfully sold.
