Googlerecommend you go anywhere else. A cardboard box perhaps. The staff are terrible. Don't have a clue what they are doing. Get told complete different things on a daily basis when applying. They will do everything in there power to keep the holding fee of £100. It's impossible to reach the person who deals with your application in this situation (alex). Took me 3 weeks to get in contact with her. Terrible service by terrible staff.

GoogleVery helpful when we had a boiler fault at our Citadel Homes rental. Arranged an engineer, and brought round an electric heater whilst we waited for the engineer. No 24 hour telephone helpline though - maintenance issues have to be reported via email to an address that's monitored during CH office hours only.

GoogleMyself and my wife had a viewing and accepted a new build only to be told because I have an overdraft I was not suitable for there housing unless we paid over £3000 pounds in advance or get a gaurentor we have never been so insulted as we have always paid and been upto date with our rentNegativeQuality
