GoogleWe had an issue with our boiler leaking in the house but Nikki at Citadel managed to get someone in to fix it at really short notice before the weekend. That peace of mind in service is priceless when it comes to our home - Thank you

GoogleHave been really helpful during the whole rental process, with this being mine and my partners first place, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. There was communication every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier to move into their rentals! And they allow dogs which is a bonus!

GoogleRented from Citadel for 2 and a half years and never had any issues. When we did face small issues ie losing a slate in recent storms etc, this was resolved promptly. Very easy company to deal with! Would highly recommend.

GoogleRequested viewing for two properties for sale at drovers mount. After insisting on taking all of my contact details prior to any discussion was told that unless I had my house for sale with offers it wouldn't be worth the agent travelling to show me them because there was already interest from other potential buyers. While I understand that it was to avoid wasted journeys it would have been much better to let me know the situation at the beginning of the conversation.

GoogleI've lived at the properly now for over a year and I am still extremely happy with it. The finish to the house is really fresh, modern and minimalist, allowing you to bring your own personal style to make it your home. Alex and the team have always been quick to respond to communications and when I had a slight issue with my bath, it was dealt with extremely quickly and working around my availability, which was much appreciated.
