The service we received from Auction House was superb from the first meeting through to the sale of our house. Mark was extremely pleasant to deal with and Jenny was wonderful, providing compassionate support throughout the viewing and auction process, while also always putting our wishes first. This was a new experience for me and one with a particular context and so potentially quite a stressful experience. Approaching retirement age, I decided to sell my properties in the north-east, as managing them was becoming more and more difficult for me.Not wanting to nurse possible purchasers through the sales process, and to be let down several weeks down the line, I was introduced to Auction House North East. I admit to being extremely apprehensive prior to meeting the team, however, one of the guys came out to my property to discuss the process and to put my mind at ease.Four weeks after the auction, I had cash in the bank and was amazed at the customer service.
