Jonathan persevered and was with me every step of the way - through two failed auctions, and then the third, which never even needed to happen. He was super responsive, even when he was on holiday, and went above and beyond doing absolutely everything they could to sell my flat. The director Sam was also really communicative.
They're not like any other auction house or estate agent I've ever met. They weren't motivated by purely making a seller drop their price - they were motivated by doing everything they could to help, and they really listen to every individual story. I couldn't have been happier and would recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company! They offer 14 days free cancellation this is a lie!They trick you into waiving this and quickly prove they are not worth the time. When you try and cancel they stick you with a huge cancellation fee. They will also claim payments haven’t went through and try to get more money out of you. Do not use this company!
Staff communications are extremely poor and when they do eventually reply they are incredibly rude-an all round horrendous experience if I could give zero stars I would
