Eshan helped us sell our home quicker than I ever expected. He made sure everything was done properly and communication was always clear, precise and prompt. He also went way above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met and all of our circumstances were catered for. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I was to buy OR sell another property. Can't give enough thanks.

It’s been 5 years now since I have had the pleasure of renting out an apartment with square foot and would like to call out the excellent service and how accommodative the agency has been. I have zero complaints and only positives to call …

Have had a great experience with the Canton office. Olivia showed me around and dealt with any queries in a very professional and friendly manner. We had an issue with our breakfast bar stools after we moved in and they were rapidly replaced for us with no issues. Never had a bad experience so very much recommended.

Squarefoot have been the best letting agent we have ever used! We rent a property managed by them and they are very professional and efficient. They always keep us informed and always swiftly deal with any issues we have. I would recommend (and have already recommend to friends) using them if you are based in Cardiff.

Having had a really positive relationship with the buying team, I was put in touch with the rental team to look after my investment property. I've got to say, so far it has been very smooth. Olivia, Tara, Julie and Jo have made things very easy for me to stay hands off. Thanks guys.

Excellent service. They adapted to my very busy schedule, providing video views of a few properties so we could choose the flat we like. Very supportive in our first day in the flat and throughout the process of our move. Call them if you're looking for a property in Cardiff.

From initial sign up to a tenant move in was just 17 days. I am completely over the moon with their service. At every stage they kept in touch, keep their promises and were hungry for more. Paid my balance of rent same day too. 10/10... highly recommended.
