GoogleI’ve had a great experience with Squarefoot. Catrin, Julie, Tara and Nadia were always prompt in responding to any queries, and carried out regular property inspections, which helped everything stay in good shape. They were also fair and kind when it came to handling my deposit. Throughout, their approach was professional but with a personal touch that made a real difference. Would highly recommend!

FacebookThe team at Squarefoot were extremely helpful and friendly on viewings and they helped smooth things along throughout purchasing process. Even after we had bought the property Olivia went out of her way to advise us on tradespeople etc. Tara was also very friendly and gave honest advice. Very efficient friendly and professional service throughout, I highly recommend Squarefoot.

GoogleHave just moved out having lived in a property with Squarefoot for almost 18 months. In that time never had a single issue. The Squarefoot team were quick to respond to any issues or queries I had, kept me constantly up to date with changes in circumstance and viewings, made the moving out process very easy and were fair with my deposit. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI cannot recommend this estate agents more! Having put my property up for sale at the beginning of the year, the whole house moving process was made rather more complicated by Corona and lockdown. However, their communication and assistance was 5 star!! I wouldn't say 'despite corona' - their communication was just excellent. Special mention to Olivia and Tara who were especially patient and empathetic and made the move so much less stressful. They really ensured that my relationship with my buyer was excellent and this really smoothed the whole process. I wish I could give you 6 stars!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI recently purchased a Cardiff Bay property with Ehsan handling it. The service I received was excellent, I was kept up to date with developments throughout the purchase and Ehsan was proactive in liaising between the solicitors, me and the seller which sped up the process. My solicitor also commented that the agent was very helpful at all times. I would recommend to others based on the friendly and helpful service. Ehsan will be the first agent I contact for any sales I make in future.

GoogleI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Squarefoot Estate Agents. They were super efficient for a number of years in managing our apartment in Penarth Marina and when the tenant decided to relocate we instructed Ehsan and his team to put the property on the market. I was a litttle hesitant at first thinking I should have used a Penarth based agent but my concern was completely unfounded as they were knowledgable in providing advice, competitive on fees and quickly found a cash purchaser who paid the asking price and the sale proceeded without hiccup. Their communication was excellent, I knew exactly what was going throughout process. I have worked in the property industry for many years and have had contact with a lot of estate agents and rate Squarefoot up there with the best!

GoogleEshan was great from start to finish. Photos he took really made our flat look great. We sold the first time within 5 days at full asking price. Unfortunately the buyer pulled out but we then sold again at full asking price within 2 weeks-even at a tough time to sell in December! He was extremely helpful when things got stressful with solicitors and even took the time to take my calls when off work. I would highly recommend his services.

Everything has been a breeze from the moment I met Ehsan, when he came along and valued the property, really relaxed but very professional, pictures were superb and within a couple of days he had plenty of prospective buyers to view the property. He kept me in touch every step of the way, with feedback from all views, and also any days in between when things seemed a little quieter.However I think it was about 6 weeks or so to find the right person to buy the apartment at the right price. Since then all has gone smoothly, and again he has kept me in touch with everything as it has happened, which actually expedited the entire experience.I am not planning on moving again anytime soon, but if I was, and certainly if I was making a recommendation I would be telling everyone to come to talk to you at Squarefoot. Super, easy, straightforward and honest property sales.Thank you so much!!

GoogleIf anyone is hesitating to use squarefoot to sell their property then please don't, I had three agents round initially to value my property and I knew within 5 minutes of meeting Eshan that I'd use squarefoot. He has been amazing throughout, not only very professional but also friendly and efficient. His communication is spot on, whenever I've asked a question or needed advise he has always been on hand even replying well into the evening or on a Sunday when normal high street agents would be closed. Normally selling your house is a stressful experience but having Eshan on hand has made the whole process so much easier. I would highly recommend squarefoot and in particular Eshan to anyone.

You can't give no stars or I would. I contacted these 'agents' about a house I wanted to rent. I am expecting my first child in August and am looking for a bigger place. All was going well until the woman asked if I work full time. Being honest, I answered that now I do but when I have my child I will be reducing my working hours. I was then asked if I would be claiming housing benefit, to which I answered 'yes' and was promptly told that the landlord would not consider renting to me. Utterly shocked, I pointed out that I do have a job (a good one at that) but since I do not wish to have total strangers raise my child I have chosen to work part time. This makes me eligible for housing benefit and why should I not claim when I am eligible? I am not a risk and am not on DSS but am being treated as though I am. I have worked hard since my teenage years and to be treated like this was a slap in the face but as I said to the woman, I would not deal with any landlord, who is willing to be so narrow minded but that I guess money talks and morals/principals don't get you anywhere. She told me she would contact me when other properties became available but I declined. I have principals and this is not the kind of company I am willing to deal with.

GoogleWe rented a property for 3 years from Squarefoot until 2015. Generally they left us to our own devices (FYI landlords: if they are billing you for regular inspections you are being ripped off, because they barely ever happened when we were tenants in a managed property). However, when problems did arise they turned into the kind of agent who has no issues with gaslighting tenants. The biggest issue we had with them was at the end, when they allowed the landlord to try and move someone in a day early (we were shifting our final bits and in the middle of deep cleaning when new tenants turned up with furniture). We complained about this to the agent and pointed out it was still our tenancy, where upon they told my wife and I that they knew it wasn't right, but they didn't care and this was how it was (even though they knew it was against the contract). Obviously this made an already stressful day even more so, and it still rankles several years later!
After seeing your review we have looked back at our records and you did indeed rent a property from us in Canton from 17.5.12 to 16.7.15. We had been instructed from the owners of the property that they wanted possession back of the property and we DID NOT place any further tenants into the property after you vacated. Our records show that our set of management keys were handed back to the landlord on 17.7.15. The landlord would of had their own set of keys and we were not made aware by them that they would be trying to gain access on the last day of your tenancy. They would have been told by ourselves of your last day and that until you had handed your keys back into our office they could not officially enter the property. We also have records on our database of the inspections which were carried out at the property (whilst you were tenants) and these reports were sent on every occasion to the landlord.
