GoogleOverall their service was good throughout my 2 year tenancy, however on occasion there were some emails which didn't have the best tone. I'm also a bit disappointed that upon leaving the flat I had a year of scaffolding on, they've charged us £220 for cleaning through a third party. Wiping down water marks on shower screens do not cost £20. I won't be using agencies going forward as it appears they accept anything a cleaning company tries to fob the customer off with. A shame really as up until then the ladies at the estate agents had been relatively helpful.

GoogleI have just finished a 2 year tenancy with Squarefoot. They have been very professional and friendly over this period. Emails are always answered promptly and the few times I’ve had a problem, they’ve always been quick to help and get the issue resolved. Wouldn’t hesitate to use these agents again!

GoogleI have been involved with Squarefoot since last year, carrying out cleaning services for pre and post tenancy of the properties they manage. I have found that the staff are very friendly and work hard to ensure that their tenants, their landlords and their service providers are all happy yo continue their relationship with them. Wherever they can they always make sure that the properties are clean tidy and ready for habitation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a property.

GoogleMake sure the property is in full working order before you move in. My toilet hasn't flushed properly for 10months. Windows missing handles. Mold on the ceiling. Instead of professionals the landlords parents took care of the maintenance (hence the living conditions) Eventually got professionals in once water had leaked through the ceiling from the bathroom. They really dont care about the property or the maintenance. All they do is make sure the rents paid. And when you do complain, they'll send you letter ending your tenancy. Nice people terrible business.

GoogleI scheduled an appointment with them to view a house to buy, but they didn't bother to show up. Disrespectful, unprofessional and plain rude. The lady on the phone tried blaming it on me. If you actually want to sell a house, go look for another agency.

FacebookVery professional, excellent communication, provide all services ie Cleaners,Electricians,Plumbers etc at very reasonable rates! I have let my apartment through this company and I am very satisfied with the service they supply. Your apartment will not be vacant for long if you use their letting services 👍

GoogleWe recently bought an apartment in Cardiff Bay which was being marketed by Squarefoot Estate Agents and another firm of estate agents. We chose to buy through Squarefoot and I cannot praise this company enough. We dealt with a chap called Ehsan and I can only describe his service as EXCELLENT. He never failed to return any of my calls if he couldn’t speak to me immediately and on 2 occasions even met us at the property when it was his day off. This company really does go the extra mile for their clients and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.Keep up the good work you deserve every success. Mr Morrissey

FacebookAppalling and unprofessional estate agents. I had an offer accepted and provided all the documents requested. I had to chase them for them to tell me that what I provided was not sufficient. When they asked for details of my mortgage and I forwarded emails from my mortgage broker clarifying my position they said this was not sufficient. I then asked that they contact my financial advisor to liaise and get exactly what they need and was told "it's not my job". Once I had finally provided a long list of personal documents I was then told that that they would not take the property off the market as there was someone who had offered "considerably more" and who was a cash buyer so they were just waiting for proof of funds from them before the vendor made their mind up so I should put my best offer forward (already considerably over the asking price). Finally the "cash buyer" could not provide proof of funds so the vendor was happy to go ahead with my offer if the transaction goes quickly. I told them I'd have to come back to them as with the uncertainty that they had caused I had been looking at other properties. I was told "take your time. We have plenty of other viewings - I'm sure we will find someone else who will make an offer". Unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Would never recommend.

YellAbsolutely Awful - Avoid at all costs
They are absolutely awful. They're almost completely unresponsive and you have to call and email at least 5 times before you get any kind of answer (which is usually incorrect). E.g. the location of our electricity meter (still unresolved after 2 years!), elevator in the building breaking down regularly, changing spotlights in the bathroom (still unresolved), front door to the apartment block smashed by vandals and no one could leave or enter and took hours to respond. Our contact of 2 years left and we weren't told so continued chasing her for answersWhen you do make contact, don't expect to be treated respectfullyDirector was asking for a meter reading so I said that we still hadn't been shown where it was and also flagged that there were multiple instances were we had raised issues and they hadn't been addressed. Her reply:"I do not appreciate your tone either, as I can assure you if any of these issues were raised , they would have been dealt with"To a customer!
