GoogleMixture of experiences. Property offer accepted October 2020. Sale completed in December 2021....almost 14 months later! The house that we purchased was finally ready for the sale much later than when the offer was accepted. It was a bit stressful, as one can imagine! The agent who dealt with us was very good and prompt and it appears that there were many things out of his control, which delayed the actual sale to us by so long.

GoogleWe contacted Dan Rees of Savills in relation to a particular property we had seen which we did not proceed with at the time. However Dan took our details and requirements and a few months later he was in touch to say a property was about to come on the market which met all our requirements. He described the property and we arranged to see it. Ultimately we bought it. Dan instigated the sale and purchase and found us, the purchasers, before the brochure was even produced. He worked in collaboration with Clee Tomkinson, the local agents in South Wales, and followed up assiduously throughout the process.

GoogleWhen we finally decided to sell our farm we engaged Savills for the national brand name along with a local estate agent. A sale was completed within a very short period and most of the work was done by Daniel Rees of Savills Cardiff office who kept us informed regularly, something which I considered to be very important.If we had another farm to sell would most certainly consult Daniel Rees.
