We recently bought a property through Savills and Dan Rees and the team was fantastic from start to finish. The purchase process was quite rocky at times, but Dan was always prompt with his replies, answered every question clearly, kept us updated without us ever having to chase. He consistently went over and above. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his proffessionalism and calm approach made a stressful process so much easier. We can't recommend Dan and Savills highly enough.

Savills Cardiff have outshone the rest and provided a first class professional service from start to completion of sale. James Thomas is so very caring, helpful and professional. He was my point of contact arranging the important photos, marketing and reached out to potential buyers already known to him. The photos and marketing of my property was so top class and the premium listing meant my property was proudly at the top of the page. James secured the sale at the very first viewing and helped immensely to ensure both myself and my purchaser were kept up to date throughout. I couldn’t recommend Savills, and especially James, highly enough. If you’re seeking a more up market approach to selling your property that actually brings in results then reach out to Savills, as you will be in very capable and safe hands.

What a disgusting untrustworthy company. They employ a corrupt and discriminatory parking company (Smart Parking LTD) to enforce unfair and immoral parking fines on honest shoppers at the Talbot Green shopping centre. I urge everyone using this retail park to boycott it in future especially during the festive season when their enforced time limit is not sufficient. Savills have shown after repeated contact, they couldn't careless. Would you trust this company ? I wouldn't , disgraceful.

There is a vegan cafe called Aubergine in Cardiff which is a social enterprise run by and for autistic people to provide employment opportunities and a safe space. This organisation have rented a unit from Savills which is sub-par to their requirements. The landlord, supported by Savills has repeatedly refused to make the electrics safe despite the faults being reported to them several times. During the last communication between the tenants, the landlord and the estate agents the landlord demanded payment from the tenants in order to remedy the concerns with the wiring. A space that has been created for disabled people deserves the highest levels of health and safety possible. As a patron of Aubergine I am disgusted that they are being forced to look for new premises because Savills and the landlord refuse to take their legal obligations seriously. In the current climate where disabled people are out of work in higher numbers and people are committing suicide as their benefits are being cut any organisation looking to reduce these terrible social ills should be supported. Savills are guilty of upholding disability discrimination and I for one will not be using their services again.

Excellent support and assistance in selling an old character property in the west of Wales. Daniel Rees was helpful at all stages, both with linking us up with appropriate potential buyers, and in helping to facilitate viewings etc. I believe that the fact that a property is being sold through Savills gives buyers a measure of confidence and assurance that is unequalled by the competition. To illustrate this point, I was advised by other 'premium' agents that a property like mine had a very narrow market, and would likely take about two years to sell. Savills were more upbeat; suggested a higher valuation and achieved a good sale in just over six months. A great outcome, and I was very glad to have engaged the services of Savills to assist with the house sale.

We contacted Savills after having had a rather disappointing valuation from another agent. Mr James Thomas came up and gave us a much more realistic valuation and so we asked him to market our house for us. Within a few weeks, after a visit from a photographer, our house went 'live', the photos appeared on the web site (we were particularly pleased with them), and an attractive brochure was produced. After a few weeks and 3 viewings we had an offer and started the process of the sale. We were delighted as it was only about a month after Christmas and we were in the middle of the Covid epidemic too and didn't really have much hope of an offer/sale until late Spring at the earliest. Savills recommended a solicitor to act not only for our house sale but for our purchase of an apartment, also being marketed by them. She was very quick and efficient but unfortunately the solicitor for the purchasers of our house was very slow - but we got there in the end. At that time many solicitors seemed to be working from home due to the pandemic. Mr James Thomas was highly professional as one would expect from Savills, any queries we had were always answered promptly whether by phone or email and he kept in touch throughout the process to see how the sale was progressing. We would have no hesitation in recommending Savills.

Had a few emails from different companies with the same template "we have received your request to change your subscription preferences"- this company being one of them. I have not actioned anything or heard of some of the companies. Highly likely to be scam links in the emails. Majority of the time, the employees have clicked scam emails at work which has resulted in their accounts being compromised if someone did have a subscription with them, then the customers personal data stored would likely have been breached. My review is accurate from my findings at the time of writing this and i will happy amend or remove the review if I have been proven otherwise.
