GoogleI am very happy with the high level of service provided by Matthews estate agents. Deborah was friendly and approachable and very accommodating of me and my situation. Deborah kept me up to date and managed to find me a buyer quickly, and dealt with any issues swiftly and effectively. The contract was reasonable and simple with no hidden clauses. GoogleWe would highly recommend Matthews Estate agents and Deborah in particular as she was who we dealt with. We had an extremely quick start to our journey of sellling and buying through Deborah which then went on to be a very long journey which I can only describe as a rollercoaster. Deborah ended up being in our lives for over a year and took an interest in us as a couple not just as customers in the property chain. She kept us updated all the way and provided support and advice, she would contact us with updates or reply to queries whenever they arose even when that wasn't during normal 9-5hrs. We initially felt that the fees were more expensive than others but went with Matthews anyway as Deborah promised an above and beyond service. She most definitely provided this and we would recommend paying that little bit extra as I have no doubt that had we gone with other agents we would not have had the service we got from Deborah and our sale and purchase would have fallen through. Thank you!

GoogleExtremely easy process from start to finish! Great communication with Deb from day one & she was always available whenever we had a question and always knew the answer. They delivered on every promise, extremely knowledgable & ensured we were well prepared before we put the house on the market. Their advert they produced, including the pictures, were spot on & captured our house so well. We would definitely use them again & can’t recommend and rate them highly enough.

GoogleDeborah's caring, compassionate nature together with her great listening ability have helped me through the emotional and difficult process of coming to terms with selling my family home. She has walked me through not just as an estate agent but has become a friend. Nothing has been to much trouble always ready to answer any questions .In my opinion this sets Matthews Estate Agents apart from any other. She, they genuinely do care, which isn't always the case into today's society. If you want the BEST you need look no further!

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased homes with Deborah and David at Matthews Estate Agents and cannot recommend them enough. I've been involved in the property industry for a number of years and have worked with many agents, but very few have offered the personal service that Deborah and David do. They really care about making sure your move goes through as smoothly as possible for you and their communication throughout the process was perfect. Not only did they present our offer on the property we purchased in the best possible light for us, but they also sold our home for the asking price with just one 'open day' of viewings. We were in quite a chain, however, the whole process from the day our offer was accepted to the day of completion on our sale and purchase took just three months (I had other transactions taking place at the time which were more simple and took twice as long with different agents). If you are looking to sell a property and want to use an agent you can trust and have faith in, then look no further than Matthews Estate Agents. The fee they charge for their service is incredible for the value you receive and you will be looked after every step of the way. If you are lucky enough to also be purchasing through them as we were, then you'll be in safe hands! They are truly exceptional at what they do!
