Google5-star service from Henry at Martin&Co. Everything went so smoothly from the beginning for my sales and Henry is always on the top of all queries and questions I had. His hard work made us achieve what we wanted from the sale, and he also managed to secure a cash offer which significantly helped the timeline of the transaction. He was also able to introduce reliable trade workers to help on the repair of the house within a very tight schedule. I will certainly recommend Henry and his service to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

FacebookAvoid ever working with this Company as they won’t ever pay you. & they have an arrogant staff member who has no customer service skills. They’ve owed us for a waste disposal job 4 weeks ago. We cleaned up an area that had human feaces that they were supposed to maintain, so the council stepped & gave them a warning. What you can’t see in the hole it was 3-4 pallets high of waste & feaces as someone bricked up which made it fill up & waste pipes were draining in to it. 3 companies refused to work with them to clean it up but out of respect we used to have for Henry the Director of Martin & Co Cardiff. (which we no longer have for him as he can’t even answer the phone or call back) We didn’t want to leave this Review but sadly they owe us £575. I had to pay 3 Staff & the waste disposal charge which came to £492 We were only making £83 as we didn’t realise how bad this job was but didn’t want to increase the bill as we thought we had a good relationship with them. But clearly not.

GoogleBooked a viewing for a studio flat with Astrid. Firstly was taken to a 1 bed flat which was not the correct one. She realised I'd booked for the studio and took me there after. Unfortunately was not able to view the studio in the end due to an error made by the external company that provided the flat She was very apologetic and nice about it and gave me all the information about the studio anyway and answered all my questions. I received a follow up phone call later that day to rebook the viewing. They were very apologetic

I have rented my property through Martin & Co (Cardiff) for nearly 7 years and always found Henry Mitchell, Mike Shrubshall and the team incredibly on the ball. The team have always been communicative, helpful & supportive. I wish other letting agents were as professional as Martin & Co (Cardiff)

GoogleWe had our property on the market for approximately four years with various other high street agents in Cardiff. After undertaking Henry Mitchell's re-decoration recommendations and obtaining planning permission for an extension from Martin & Co.’s excellent draughtsperson a buyer was found within three weeks. The sale was completed in approximately eleven weeks. I cannot recommend Henry and Martin & Co. highly enough they are passionate, proactive and know their business well. No matter how busy they were they always found time to call back and give advice. The virtual tour also works extremely well for web based viewing and helps present the property in the right light. The result speaks for itself. Highly recommended.
