GoogleThey managed my rental properties efficently - and sold them effectively - for about 30 years. Each team member has always been very pleasant to work with, and patient to work with me. I never even thought about changing agents in all that time.

GoogleUnfortunately, you are dealing with unprofessional letting team. No further details to discuss but poor communication and poor management.

Hi Ramsi, Firstly I would like to say we pride ourselves on being professional at all times. Unfortunately we were not prepared as you suggested to contact the person who had decided to take the property before you and tell him it was no longer available. Had you not turned up 15 Minutes late for your appointment then perhaps you would of had the opportunity to be first in line for this property. In our telephone conversation we did explain that the property had now been let and offered you another property which you declined. I am sorry that you felt the need to leave a bad review as you can see from our reviews we are a reputable company who pride ourselves on giving a 5 star service at all times. We wish you the best in your search.
