This Lettings agency is the worst I have ever come across. My lettings Fees were 500 pound, and my deposit 1000 pound but I got a rude, angry, disrespectful welcome. Great for moving in day! In addition, I was told the landlord wanted to sell the property, fair enough, I was happy to let the flat be viewed as regularly as they wanted only to receive an email that I tidy my private bathroom for future viewings (abrupt non friendly email) Also, didn't get notice any notice of one of the viewings, but they tried to cover it up, suggesting that I had. I called them out on it......they admitted it. Landlords do yourself a favour. Avoid these guys and if you're a tenant.....run a mile! Dr Richard Crossland

We let our property out with LTS and from day 1 we have had nothing but professional service from everyone in the office especially Susan Beer who always goes the extra mile to help us as we had never let out a property before. We have total trust in the company, Sue found us an absolute diamond of a tenant who treats our new build bungalow with love and respect. We live outside of the UK and we are grateful for both our tenant and ourselves that we both have LTS to go to if anything untoward happens. We have no hesitation in recommending LTS for both tenants and landlord's as they give excellent service to both.

From someone who rented a property from this Agency. all I can say is it wasn't the best experience. I moved into the Property back in 2022 after I graduated. everything went smoothly no issues and they were clear. However when we are told the place is professionally cleaned then find Baby clothes behind the wardrobe, baby bottles in the kitchen draws, Wraps (FOOD) in the cutlery draws when we moved in. I was a bit confused on what they deemed as professionally cleaned. Fast forward a bit we ended up having upstairs toilet leak down into our flat... It took 5 Months to resolve the issue of damn. luckily that bathroom wasn't in use much so we could suck it up and deal with it.... A few months after this I received a text saying I owe Rent money to which I was confused. The agreed rent was £1000 pm however we were not informed of the rent increase... apparently 3 months prior to this text they had sent an letter in the post with our information informing us of the payment increase... well we never received it. this is a LEGAL DOCUMENT. when I asked if it was tracked they responded with "we don't track out letters" followed with a lovely you need to send us the remaining money with an attachment of the letter (That being our Notice). (So not really a 3 Month notice) After that battle, my bedframe that was falling apart which I mentioned needing a new bed frame was met by a maintenance man screwing more holes into the shoddy metal frame for more support. would of been cheaper to buy a new bed frame than the labour of a man probably. I wasn't asking for top of the range just something where the bed didn't have missing nuts and bolts from the previous tenants. After all this going down we received notice to vacate and vacate we did, we left the flat clean. I spent literal days on top of working 12hrs a day to clean this flat. Cleaner than what we received it and we were told we have to pay a £275 cleaning fee because they had to get cleaners in... Now when I'm trying to Claim back our deposit suddenly they want £300. (even though I had to contact DPS because none of our details other that name and phone number were on the system) which DPS found strange themselves because we never received any email regarding Deposit from start to end of tenancy Not entirely impressed and if anything just thankful its over, moving out was exhausting as it is but looking back I've had smoother tenancies.

I emailed letting2sales and within 45 minutes of my email a contractor had arrived. He was understanding and luckily had the necessary part to carry out the repair with him! My heating was working again within 30 minutes. I was really grateful for how quickly this repair was carried out.

Myself and my partner would highly recommend lettings2sales, the best lettings company we have used. We rented a property with them for over 4 years, and would not have left if we had not bought a house. Over the 4 years they were absolutely fantastic, I do not have one criticism. Every issue I contacted them about they sorted, and always in a timely manner. They were always so friendly when contacting them, I never felt like I was being a burden. Having now concluded a rental with Lettings2sales for a year I can now safely say how fantastic they were! All privileges were afforded to myself including the right to quiet enjoyment, there were no intrusive inspections however obviously the odd inspection to make sure things were all okay but they did not feel intrusive at all. Was a emphasis on if anything was wrong to contact them and they would sort it out. Luckily I never had to contact them during the tenancy, the move out was perfect and have my full security deposit returned. I did have a minor issue at the end where I required their help to contact the council which they did so can’t fault there. Thank you lettings2sales for my first flat in Wales and thank you for helping me move down to this wonderful country!
