Hi Simon - we feel this is absolutely unjust and have so much positive communication from you and refunded your full deposit on the last day of your tenancy. Whilst you wanted to leave your tenancy early - just because we failed to secure suitable replacement tenants does not mean that we did not provide a great service to you as echoed in emails from your partner throughout the tenancy. Had you not chosen to move into another larger property mid tenancy meaning that you had the financial burden of paying two rents we feel this review would not been made. You were excellent tenants hence getting the full deposit back - we carried out over 20 viewings at your property and it was no benefit to us to keep viewing the property instead of progressing an application but as you are aware the landlord did not feel the applicants were strong enough to pass our strict referencing criteria.
