When for a house viewing was running late my fault but I did notify them and they said the house will be closed at 11 for viewing. Went there at 10:50 saw what I thought a member of staff stepping out called out for them for nothing. Then I got a phone call from the office to notify me that they left. I did tell the lady that I thought the house will be closed at 11 not 10:50 and I wasn’t gonna take longer than 5 min just so I could see the rooms. She told me that wasn’t allowed and it needed to be 10 min minimum, thats a first for me I’ve dealt with other estate agents and I have made a viewing before in 5 min just to see the garden and the other estate didn’t mind at all. I wasn’t gonna take anyone’s time away from them I respect that they have a policy in place and I would have left the house before 11. I did apologise for being late but I dont think they cared. Overall, not an estate agent that I would bother with there are lots in the area that provide a better service. Won’t be back.
