They cancelled a property on the same day we had arranged to move to after having paid holding deposit, completing references, and doing credit checks successfully. We had put our stuff in boxes to move when they called and said the landlord has decided to take the property off the market while we had paid the holding deposit a week prior to it which meant it must have been taken off the market then. Really unprofessional and disorganised which leaves their clients shocked, heartbroken and homeless

We have used Kelvin Francis for both the purchase of the new house and sale of the old one. All staff has been really helpful and professional through the whole process. We are in a big chain and have to change the completion date several times which was quite frustrating. However, the service of Kelvin Francis was the best part of the whole process because they were not only professional and helpful, but also understanding and reliable. As international immigrants, buying an ideal house and making Cardiff home means a lot for us and our family, so we are so glad that we have chosen Kelvin Francis as the estate agency. We definitely will use them again in the future. Strongly recommended.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I moved into a flat that was poorly maintained, lots of minor issues all by the poor build of the property. When i requested the grout to be done, it was refused by the landlord and as It was a short term rental I never raised any further issues unless major, if it was a long term rental I definitely would not have been happy with the condition of the property. I then feel at the end I was over charged for a very small amount of cleaning that wasn't done, even though the flat was spotless otherwise and had it's many issues.

Poor Service that is not frightened to use or show any form of Discrimination. If disabled my advise is avoid this service altogether. They are only money grabbers and "NOT" a helpful or experienced service. They also lack professionalism.
