Fantastic service received!

Blown away by the fact that I was able to view on a Sunday! I viewed the property with Benjamin who at the time of the viewing offered me her personal mobile number if I had any further questions which was a great touch. After offering on the property I was kept up to speed with how my offer was progressing throughout the negotiation process (there was another party also offering). Have just viewed the property a second time and we are really pleased with the property and the service we have received as buyers! Highly recommended!

First tenancy is 6 months for all tenants and renewal fee seems a bit steep, but it was worth it. After multiple issues with my previous 2 letting agencies, I realised you get what you pay for. Maintenance issues were dealt with quickly, they trust tenants enough not to pop in every few months for inspections (like previous agencies) and just let you get on. When I go in the staff are all friendly and keen to sort out any queries asap. And even after being with them only 6 months (just renewed our tenancy, which you can choose 6 or 12 months) whenever I go into the office, the staff know who I am and remember queries I've made previously without having to pull up my account. All in all, I'm more than happy with Harry Harper, and hope to be with them as long as I'm renting.

First Class Service from professional, friendly staff

I was recommended Harry Harper by a friend, who was really pleased with the first class service they received when selling their property. Therefore, I contacted them to help me do the same and I was very pleased I did. The customer service was excellent, the staff there are very knowledgable and friendly and provide really professional advice. I was kept update on all the progress of the marketing and viewings and they managed to sell my property very quickly due to their accurate descriptions and professional photos of my property. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so as they provide a great service.

Professional and attentive all the way!

I approached Harry Harper through recommendation and I would do exactly that to anyone who is considering selling a property. From start to finish this is a business that comfortably positions itself as an approachable and understanding agent. I myself had little experience of selling a property as it was my first home and was feeling nervous about the whole thing if I’m totally honest but I was met with the courtesy and respect that I expect, I even learned a lot in the process myself. The turn around time was fantastic and not once did I feel unsupported or left in the dark. You can see it’s ran correctly from the top down to the little details of execution and professionalism. The worst letting agency ever

We recently graduated from university (we so have lived in a lot of different properties all over Cardiff and had a lot of experience with letting agencies) and Harry Harper are by far the worst letting agency ever. They are not very flexible and require you to do lots of things that are not required by law. E.g. you have to take a 6 month tenancy agreement (you can't take one for any longer) and then if you wish to extend you have to pay an agency fee to do so. The property we stayed at was in Duffryn, Newport (so it was always a trek to get to the Cardiff office) and a member of the agency team was our next door neighbour! This was strange because everytime we needed something (fixing or sorting) we were told to knock on her door and she would come around and knock on our door. It totally blurred professional/social relationship. In the entire 6 months we were there none of the maintenance issues were sorted and we are still waiting for our deposit back.

Fantastic agency who are worth the fees they charge as they ensure you get the best price for you. Having compared them to other agents they made sure that I got more for my property. My lesson learnt is that the cheapest agent is not the best choice. Choose this agency as they are worth every penny. Also their service is second to none. At the moment this company is being very obstructive while I'm trying to get my deposit returned over a year late. Been trying since December and have been passed around departments. Every time I call whoever's dealing with it isn't in. Requests for call backs and emails have all been ignored, even messages sent through their own website. 1 star is infinitely too good for them.

THE WORST!!!! If you can avoid using these people then please do! They were rude, unhelpful and were only interested in assisting with the purchase of our first home when it meant they could take a picture to praise themselves on social media!
