Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, whilst I appreciate you feel let down, it is a shame you have taken the time to leave us a one-star review, based on the fact that the landlord does not want to take pets in their property.
As I am sure you are aware, we take our instructions from the landlord, and this landlord is not happy to have pets in their property.
As a renter with pets, it is always good practice to ensure that you make the agent aware of this at the time of booking an appointment. This will ensure that we do not waste your time.
