Very clear and swift communication from the get go. Firstly was dealt with by Florence Bailey and then by Rhiannon Hughes. Both were very helpful and always on hand to answer queries and aid in the process of renting the property. I never had any issue with communication or doubts in the paperwork or handling of money because they were both open and clear from the beginning.

Chelsea and Angela (CPS) were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer our questions and never once grew tired of our frequent requests to see the property again. Professional, approachable, and genuinely happy to help, they made everything feel seamless from start to finish. GoogleMe and my partner met Flo when we were viewing the property and she was extremely lovely, confident and bright. We got on with her instantly and she showed us around the property and we instantly loved it. She has been extremely helpful, answering our emails very quickly and despite how stressful renting a flat can be, the process was made so much easier thanks to Florence Bailey!

GoogleScott was fantastic to deal with, very easy to chat too and explained clearly what he wanted to achieve. He was very friendly in fact slightly bonkers but great fun to work with. I was very impressed with the property video preview of myself and my horse and thought it looked very professional & slick. Our experience with CPS Homes has been positive throughout. The initial positive, helpful and friendly advice given by Angela when we were deciding to sell our property made it easy for us to choose CPS. That decision was never put into question throughout the selling process. Chelsea is clearly on top of her game and very professional in keeping the progress moving forward, particularly when liaising with our conveyancing solicitors. Nathan is one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and professional agent in the business. His 'can-do' attitude is a huge bonus when selling and buying. I have sold and bought 2 properties with him and can confidently say that he makes the process so much easier by being involved. Nathan keeps me informed at every juncture and does everything he can to get the process moving as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend using Nathan as an agent to buy or sell a property and would personally not choose to use anyone else as part of one of the most stressful processes in an individual's life.

I’ve recently moved into the rental market after many years. The flat I moved into was almost faultless, but there were some small issues which needed fixing. We decided to rent our flat and used CPS for their find a tenant service. As this was our first rental, CPS's agent Florence Bailey was extremely helpful, advising us on how to prepare the flat, organising the safety certificates, registering with RSW etc. The flat was marketed very quickly, and we were shown a number of prospective tenants soon after. CPS carried out financial and reference checks on the tenants and handled all the contract signing. I would definitely use CPS again and thanks to Florence for making the whole process as simple as possible.

GoogleI have lived in a one bed flat with CPS homes for almost a year. The maintenance team have been so understanding with any issue I have had and worked hard to fix anything. Recently I have dealt with Zara at CPS and she has been incredibly accommodating and friendly.

First, why would I retract my decision to take the apartment and I have already paid you with a deposit £300 and I know this amount will not refund if there is a defect in the agreement !? But I believed in you and you are the biggest swindlers, and I have already signed for a new apartment. Thank you for your wishes and Good luck scamming customers.
Hi Hussain,Thank you for leaving a review, but we don’t recognise the story you have told, so we would like to place the matters of fact on record.You viewed a property on Churchill Way that was advertised at £1,200 per month exclusive of all bills. We have checked and double-checked this at our end. If you believe the website you enquired through (AccommodationForStudents) displayed it differently, you can address your concerns with them, but we are 100% sure that the information we provided is correct as we note that other enquiries we received had the amount quoted correctly.After you completed an application form and paid an agreed holding deposit of £275 (not £300 as claimed), you proceeded to dispute the previously agreed £1,200 figure and claimed it should be £1,120: a difference of £80 per month. This amount was never agreed by CPS Homes or the landlord, which we communicated to you.You then requested to view an alternative property in Altolusso with us, but the landlord of that property accepted other occupants before you had a chance to view it. We then asked if you would like to proceed with the property on Churchill Way. We didn’t hear back from you and you failed to provide us with the information required to proceed with the let. As a result, we had to inform you that the deadline for information had passed and the landlord had decided to remarket the property to other occupants, as was his right.It’s our opinion that you were aware of the £1,200 per month rent when paying the holding deposit, but you wished to renegotiate the rent to a more favourable figure after looking at other available properties online, as perhaps proven by your request to view an alternative property.We wish you the best of luck in your search for a property.Kind regards,The CPS Homes Team.

After a really hard few weeks trying to find a suitable property in the current rental market, I have just secured a lovely modern flat near the city centre through CPS homes. Their communication throughout the process has been really good, calling back when they said they will, responding to emails promptly, liaising with the landlord on all of my questions, and explaining things as much as I needed. Special thanks to Cath, who first set up the viewing for me, and especially to Jordan Parry who showed me round and talked me through the application process after. Very friendly team. CPS has been our letting agent for more the 15years, their service has been exceptional. Credit goes to Jordan Perry and his team, finding a good tenants and get currant rental value on the property. At CPS Homes, we know that clear and timely communication is essential, particularly after a viewing, and it’s certainly not our intention to leave prospective tenants without an update. We would not be able to successfully let properties if we routinely failed to respond, so it’s clear that in this instance there has been a breakdown in communication, for which we apologise unreservedly. We’re also sorry for the confusion caused by the initial pricing information and for the inconvenience of the cancelled appointment. While mistakes can occur, we appreciate how this, combined with the lack of follow-up, would have felt discourteous and a poor use of your time. GoogleI worked with CPS to find a rental while in school. Both Max and Jack were great to work with! They provided me with quick responses via email, answered all my questions over the phone and were extremely friendly. They worked quickly to ensure that I got the best place for me and were willing to keep helping me search along the way! I would highly recommend Max and Jack.
