TrustpilotFirst time renting in Cardiff
First time renting in Cardiff after a job relocation and I could not have asked for better service. Knowledge staff helping me choice the right area to live and not pushy allowing me time to mull over my options. Would definitely recommend.

TrustpilotDO NOT USE!!
Absolutely shocking customer service and an awful company as a whole. If you try and contact them they don't want to know, and are very unprofessional. Also, good luck trying to get your bond back, shocking service. DO NOT USE!

GoogleAbsolute con of a letting agent. Only rated so highly because they ‘cancel your £100 fee if you rate them 5 stars’. Useless agent who only care about a bit of paper rather than customer satisfaction. Highly would not recommend

TrustpilotEveryone was very helpful
Everyone was very helpful, informative and honest. I did not feel as if I was being sold a house they did not believe in. They gave clear and good advice on what to do about payments, and accommodated to our needs.
