GoogleNot an honest opinion from the salesman. Felt like he was looking after his own commission
Good morning Tom, thank you for your review, even if it wasn’t at the level we like to see. Could I ask you to contact me at stephen@stephenlaneestates.co.uk so that I can investigate the matter, as at the moment, we are struggling to identify in what capacity you engaged with us. I appreciate it could be a partners name etc, so if you could provide me with some more details, I will endeavour to ensure that your experience is improved

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service. I've had some bad experiences with estate agents in the past, so it was so refreshing to deal with such a genuine, honest agent who doesn't just put profit ahead of their client's needs. Highly recommended.
