GoogleStephen and his team are a credit to the world of estate agents I can't fault them one bit, if you are looking for that personal touch when it comes to moving then don't hesitate to contact these guys - I first met Stephen and his team in 2016 when my family made the decision to upgrade houses they kept in touch with me through the whole process beginning to end even after the move just to make sure that we was ok has we had a few hiccups with bank transfers etc....
Fast forward to 2021 I decided to move again I went straight to Stephen and his team my circumstances had changed and they took me through all the processes step by step, explained everything to me so it didn't sound like jargon, unfortunately I decided not to move but when I'm ready to take that step again I know where I'm heading - Stephen, simon, Sam and the girls you are a fantastic team and so glad I met you guys 👍😊😁🏡

GoogleCame across Stephen and his associates when I went to look at a house up for sale and was impressed by how knowledgeable, open and friendly and down to earth they were and decided to sell my house through them too. They give full estate agent services at a very reasonable cost. They were in regular contact with me and gave me good advice on selling. They also knew what area I specifically wanted to move to and even rang me very early one morning to let me know a property was coming up, now that’s dedication! So I bought and sold through them! And this is the 3rd time its gone back on the market and the reason I withdrew my offer. This should of been explained even before the viewing took place. No excuses now.

I am sorry that you felt the need to leave a bad review. Customer care is of paramount importance to us, and it is always disappointing to find that someone feels it wasn't up to standard.
I was particularly concerned about the fact that you found we had been rude and unprofessional, as to my recollection, every conversation we have had, has not only been amiable, but, in fact, pleasant and friendly.
The only time I have been made aware of any dissatisfaction was when the last request you made could not be carried out as it would've caused us to break other regulatory requirements, and this is not something that we could possibly entertain.
We are always transparent in our transactions, so I am happy to explain why a sale has broken down on more than one occasion, as neither of the previous sales were for the reason that you decided not to proceed, and as you have mentioned the address, I feel it only fair to set the record straight for our client.
The first buyer had to withdraw their offer when they found that the plans they had to extend, and convert the property, were not possible.
The second buyer did not withdraw, they proceeded for a number of months until the owners decided that they could wait no longer for them as the sale had taken an exorbitant amount of time.
I was a little concerned that you mention that the correct land registry was not in place, as this is not the information that we have been given. We had been made aware of some missing paperwork, but had been assured by the relevant solicitors that this would be in place before a buyer was ready to complete. This info only came about after your purchase was agreed, and if you recall, I attempted to discuss this with you, and you were resolute that it was something that should be left to the solicitors.
If you wish to discuss this further I am happy to rectify any inaccuracies in the information that you have, as I would hate to think that you have made a decision to withdraw on this rectifiable issue . Do not hesitate to contact me in your preferred way.
If not, I genuinely wish you all the best with whatever property you go on to buy.

How wrong they were.
