GoogleIf their was an option to give them one banana, would make more sense. This units service is as if its been run by a dozen monkeys...3 months after tenancy finished, several emails later, and unreturned calls my deposit has still not been returned and no one wants to chase it up. Pathetic.

GoogleEmma in student lettings has been helping my daughter and her friends move into their new home for the next academic year. Really glad to see a lettings agent who full explains the process and in turn makes my daughter feel confident about moving into her new home. Thank you

GoogleDO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY ARE RUDE INCOMPETENT, LAZY THEY TELL LIES, IN TWO MONTHS I HAVE SENT OVER 38 EMAILS OVER TENANCY ISSUES AND REPAIRS THE UPSHOT IS EVEN THOUGH HAVE PAID 1 YEAR RENT IN ADVANCE IF I DON.T LIKE IT MOVE!!

GoogleAs a non-resident landlord it is difficult to ensure that my intersts are protected and tenants get the service they deserve. Sarah has always responded promptly to my enquiries and organised maintenance/repair work to be completed quickly and with minimum inconvenience to the tenant.

GoogleThis is the worst agent ever. Staff are rude and unprofessional.They tried to rip me off when I checked out and did not return my deposit so i had to go for a dispute.
