I found dealing with Wards very easy. Communication was great and James in particular was a great help. Was there ahead of our appointment time waiting for me. He had in depth knowledge of the property. Although that property was not the one for me, James has been very proactive in coming to me with similar properties and keeping me up to date with the current market conditions. Lovely House Viewing Experience

Keryn showed us around a beautiful property on Saturday- We were really impressed with her knowledge of the period property and the little less obvious details she pointed out- we were also struck by her genuine nature and very human approach to the showing. It was unusual to have a people-centred outlook shared by an estate agent, so very impressed with this agent. Although the property wasn't the one for us, but the agent really impressed us.

Poor service

To start with, we had to do the majority of our viewings ourselves, as they never had anyone available. Then they recommended a buyer, for less than we wanted. Convinced us they were a good buyer, then after the house was off market for two months we found out the buyer was never in a position to proceed. Didn't have stamp duty. Wards are supposed to vet buyers, that's what we pay them for. Would not recommend.

Tom Dodd came to do my valuation in March. From the outset Tom was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Felt at ease straight away and really glad we signed up with Wards. There were a few hiccups along the way. Lost my first buyer, but Tom and the team at Wards remained positive and motivated and I had lots more viewings and secured another buyer really quickly. Tom was really good with all my calls and emails. He and the team at Wards were always lovely to me when I called them and really good at replying to emails and messages. The team in Canterbury were outstanding, Ben and Adam went above and beyond to ensure we sold our house for the best value. We managed to sell our house within 2 days and for the full asking price, a price we were delighted with. I owe it to their organisation and efficiency in having the buyers lined up. They also provided excellent advice in having the additional tools of virtual reality which helped our sale process immensely. I would thoroughly recommend Adam and his team at Wards in Canterbury. However, I think extra credit and praise must go to Kate Funnell. My property has not been the easiest to sell with many bumps along the way. However once Katie took the reigns on selling the property matters have proceeded quickly. One thing that has been particularly helpful is her knowledge of the area.
