This is overrated agency! I was a tenant in a flat and when my agreement was about to finish they where trying to get money for everything they could! My advice is to get insurance for the property you are about to rent!

Wards act as an intermediary in this respect and relay this information to the tenant. Wards are not responsible for deciding how much is requested. Having reviewed your file we note that you were not in disagreement over the repairs that were sought. Wards have a duty not only to the landlords of the properties that we manage but also to the tenants in situ and we apologise if you have been unhappy with your experience.
