Horrible, horrible experience with this agency. DO NOT RENT out of them. 8 weeks and still deposit not returned, excess rent not paid back. No communication, not responding to emails. Be very careful with this agency.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. We had two agents in the beginning but Ward's were by far the most, helpful and professional. Despite a flooding half way through the sale, Geoff handled this amazingly keeping the buyer calm and everything went through without any problems. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again
