d just like to express my gratitude to Kim Batchelor Sale progression, for her work and dedication towards getting the sale over the line. It hasn't been easy. But she took on the task and got the job done. worked tireless behind the scenes, communicating with all parties.I cannot say the same for the sales team. not helpful at all. it was a neighbour on the first day that contacted me. The open day, was very disappointing. the for sale sign came down and after chasing several times it wasn't repaired. asked for a sold sign. never turned up. asked for the sign to be removed. 4 months later i put in the skip. speaking with other. double the price of other estate agents. However Kim pulled this around

I was trying to sell my flat through another agent but that agent didn't have the specific knowledge and experience to resolve the issues we had.Wards came along and impressed me with their knowledge of the issue. Mark convinced me I should let them try and sell my property, a decision I did not regret.The team of Mark, Caleb, Dan, Holly, Jo and Steve are extremely knowledgeable, professional and more importantly, able to resolve issues that other agents struggle with.I am now happily living in my new home, something I know would definitely not have happened if I hadn't made the decision to change agents. Wards totally sh$$ agency they get 1 months income to themselves and 10% of management every month still they can't manage. My tenant moved then 2 months later they didn't paid concul tax then they didn't pay whole month I called agency they didn't respond after 2 weeks agency called me and said they will give 2 months togather and conclusions tax but they didn't than insurance start paying me but only 1 months after 7 months I kicked out the tenant they screwed my house who is going to pay all those damage. F$$$ the wards.

Being new to the world of renting out property, all the rules and regulations seemed quite daunting at first but Abi and Hamid at Ward’s Canterbury office were really helpful, friendly and professional, which made the whole process seem a lot less complicated. My property was rented out very quickly, within 2 weeks of advertising it. I would definitely recommend them.

Our company owns property and decided to let out one of the flats. Initially it was going to be sold and that was handled expertly by Blaine Kavanagh who has excellent communication skills and is super friendly and keen to get the job done. But due to the market on sales slowing down he then unselfishly gave advice saying he had identified this property to be ideal as a let in what was the current market circumstances and so Blaine then passed this over to George Jordon, Senior letting Adviser who promptly contacted us and gave all the options available. The process was expertly & Professionally handled and resulted in a very good outcome with rentable value and vetted tenants having moved into the property on the 22-3-2023. The property is under the management of wards represented by George whom we are confident will manage on our behalf going forward.

Extremely disappointed with our experience with Wards, Rochester branch.Such an incredibly unprofessional service from start to finish. In particular, the past three weeks where they have avoided our emails and multiple phone calls when we ask for an update. Today we were promised a phone call back but this never transpired, another huge let down! It’s Incredibly upsetting and frustrating that although I know the market is difficult the lack of information or support was shocking. I hope our experience is an isolated one but we will be encouraging family and friends to choose another company.
