GoogleWards have been absolutely outstanding in the process of us selling our home. From the beginning we had total confidence in all the staff, who have maintained a high level of communication and professionalism. Mark and Nathan started our selling journey with nothing being too much trouble and were completely honest and open. Our property had previously been marketed with another agent, who repeatedly let us down with their dishonesty and bullish selling tactics. We have never had this with Wards and have always kept us well informed and were sympathetic with things were not so straight forward. Jordan carried out the viewings with great positivity and sold the benefits of the home without using any 'embarrassing' hard selling tactics. Their complete professionalism could be a lesson taught to many of the competitors out there. Amanda Robinson, The Senior Sales Progressor has gone above and beyond her call of duty in this journey with her hard work. she has consistently completing, not only her own role, but that of other agents in the chain who have not been as proactive. It was most reassuring to receive regular calls and updates during lock down, when there were times everyone was concerned that this sale may not complete. The worst selling and buying experience ever at Wards Rochester/Strood! Avoid this ‘estate agency’ at all costs. Unprofessional, terrible communication, lack of pace, amateur. Don’t be fooled by their reach, there are plenty of other more professional and conscientious agents out there. And never, ever, take any of their partner referrals like Solicitors, they’re equally terrible and will make the process even more stressful. We’d never use them or their contacts again and strongly advise you not to either. Simply awful.

I would like to highly recommend Wards Estate Agents in Hythe. We had quite a lengthy and complex buy and sell as the chain both down several times; but with each hurdle Wards stepped up their game to keep things moving and arrange additional viewings. We finally exchanged contracts last week and I would like praise the professionalism, support and knowledge of the team at Hythe. In particular I would like to thank and recognise Darren Cakebread for his excellent customer service, for always keeping us informed on what was happening and guiding us through each step; he added that extra personal touch to get to know us and our needs. I would highly recommend Wards at Hythe as an Estate Agent to use to my friends and family if they are moving in the future.

Mine was a very complicated sale due to legal issues which came to light once the sale started. The staff at Wards in Rochester were amazing, helping me through the process despite all the difficulties and dealing with Covid restrictions too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and can’t thank all the staff enough.

I'm only rating them 1 because you don't have the option of rating them zero or minus. In August 2022 I was given a section 28 notice to quit the flat that I rented through them since early 2021, so not even 2 years. This was just before I went on holiday, so as you can imagine, it ruined my holiday as this was on my mind the whole time. 7 days before my eviction date, 2 of Wards agents let themselves into the flat while I was actually here, so I chased both morons out. Some weeks later, they informed me that the landlord had changed his mind. Also, I reported a seriously broken front door nearly two months ago which still remains broken to this day. My toilet also won't flush, also reported weeks ago, but still in disrepair. My rent has always been paid, and this is the worst service I've ever experienced from any company ever. I believe its because they're a mix of incompetent and racist. I'm having to get legal advice and wasting time out of my busy day to do this. If you're a renter, these cretins will treat you like an animal, I wouldn't recommend these morons to my worst enemy.
