GoogleWe Could Not Recommend Wards Letting Agents enough, they are absolutely fantastic.
From the moment I contacted Abi regarding our interest in a property for our son and his young family, we felt at ease and for the first time positive.
After looking for over 4 months and finding that many advertisements do not provide the full spec of what the agent or their landlord require, it was a breath of fresh air to find everything on the advertisement of the property was 100% honest, as were Wards.
And to be brutally honest, the property was at an amazing standard too.
I spoke with Abi, and she was very courteous and was quite happy to intervene with me on behalf of our son and daughter in law, as communication during the week with them is difficult due to work and child care commitments. We were able to view the property the same day and on wishing to apply to rent the property, the process was stress free and flawless.
The communication was constant in the process of the application and the progression was very swift. In less than 48 hours we were aware that the application had been accepted and all checks had been passed, and proceeded to complete the tenancy agreement, completely stress free.
Both Abi and Hamid have been assisting and keeping us informed all the way, which was wonderful. Our son and his family took up residence in the property just over a week later.
We were amazed enough with the smooth transition of this rental process but on the day that we collected the keys, we were even more amazed, not only were the keys handed over on a keyring which also held a Wards Trolley disk, but also a wonderful ‘new home’ box that contained a variety of leaflets, coupons and a variety of foods, home care and personal hygiene products, much like the things you will need in the bottom of one of the boxes that fill the rooms when you first move in.
And to top it off, on entering the property we were politely surprised to find that a new heating system had been installed. The landlord had arranged to meet with our son on the morning they moved in and walked him through the property informing him of how everything worked etc, which was also wonderful.
Abi, Hamid and the landlord of the property, thank you so much, from all of us, we know our family will be very happy in the property, and we thank you all for such a wonderful, fantastic, flawless and stress-free experience. We will definitely be recommending you to anyone who wishes to rent a property.
