My partner and I are currently renting a property through Wards, and were over the moon with the service and help we received from Matthew. After being forced to move out unexpectedly due to our landlord selling, then finding a home and that landlord backing out of the tenancy, we were having the most stressful couple of weeks. However, when we explained the situation to Matthew he was so accommodating and squeezed us into view a property last minute. Of course we were in a rare situation, but within 2 weeks we had viewed, secured, and moved into our new home - which was miles nicer the our original home or the other house we had secured. We were so so lucky. Thank you so much Matthew!

Just wow! The gratitude we have to Maria and her team! We have finally found our forever home. Maria was so lovely, really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our move happend quickly and smoothly. Will be recommending to anyone looking to move. The box we recieved was a really nice touch. We had a few issues after moving in with hot water, throughout Nikki and her team we absolutly and amazing! Contacting us every day, even put us in touch with our landlord to resolve the issue. In our previous property we didnt hear from the landlord any issues we had to just muddle through. So the way this was handled was refreshing. I suffer with severe anxiety, sometimes struggle talking on the phone both Nikki and Maria were calm and understanding throughout which was absolutly amazing. Thank you so much! His patience and kindness in answering all my inquiries were commendable, always making me feel welcome in the office, even on occasions when I dropped by without an appointment. While some other letting agents had previously informed me that renting a flat was out of the question due to my lack of credit history, Matthew presented solutions to navigate this issue, ultimately enabling me to secure the flat I desired. There was a flat for rent in Faversham I wanted to view so I went to Faversham Wards and they told me I need to go Canterbury Wards Letting. So I travelled to Canterbury and saw Mathew we spent about tens minites taking details and arranging the viewing. One thing he said did put me out a little, he told me not to lie about my income. I thought this a little strange as I didn't and was nothing but polite and honest. At the end I confirmed he had my email and mobile number correctly, which he did. He promised me he had booked in for Monday afternoon viewing , in three days time with several other people before and after and that the email confirmation would arrive shortly. Well it didn't arrive Friday or Saturday. I live in Faversham so went into Wards and told them the situation and they said they don't deal with Letting that's Canterbury. So I drove to Canterbury and no one answered, I called but nothing. On Monday morning I went back to Ward Lettings Canterbury and no one was in again and someone from another company in the build gave me the managers card I called serval times no answer. In the end I thought I would just go to the flat at my time slot. I did keep calling the Wards Letting Manager but was put through to someone in Ramsgate who had no idea how to contact the person doing the viewings. I never got to see the flat nor was I contacted by Wards again. I think this is a terrible way to treat people and I wouldn't recommend using Wards Letting Canterbury.

We've used Wards Lettings twice now. They have done a cracking job both times. The second time has taken approx 2 - 3 weeks from start (initial request) to finish (tenant moving in). They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. They also have support from a wide range of suppliers and tradesmen - decorators etc.. Additional support is provided via automated processes and systems which mean that all parties know what to do and whether tasks are outstanding. I would strongly recommend Abi Miles and her team.

This was my first property that I was letting and I wanted a full management package. I chose Wards of Canterbury as I was impressed by the reviews and I was so glad I did. I met Abi at the property and she walked me through the flat and answered all my questions. She also advised on what I should replace or leave as is. She was extremely professional and honest. At the end of the meeting I had no qualms about signing up with her and she then took photos and video and had the property on the market within a week. There were several viewings and Abi went through all of them with me so I was able to make a decision on who to accept. The whole process went well and our tenants were in situ within the week. Abi and her team were were brilliant, ready to discuss any issues I had and kept me informed at each stage. I also love the Landlord Hub that I have access to. I would definitely recommend Wards Lettings of Canterbury if you are thinking of using an agent to manage your property.
