GoogleI’m an overly delighted to say that this is the best letting agency I’ve worked with in the UK. Staffs are very professional and committed. Matthew was our main point of contact and I must say he is top of his game. Overall I will recommend them any day anytime as they helped me and my wife secured a perfect home with ease.

GoogleStarted renting via Wards- so far so good. Lots of communication and help with getting the property ready and how to deposit keys and the contract etc. They found a tenant within 2 months and did full background checks too. Update over a year in... As soon as you get tenants in you are handed to their Horsham branch. This lot call on repeat and seem to think they are acting as glorified room service for the tenants. You get fleeced for call out charges and maintenance/replacements every month. I feel sorry for the Canterbury branch who must be losing properties from their portfolio because of the aggressive approach of the Horsham branch.

We was moving into a house with wards from viewing the property with the estate agent telling us everything we needed to know about the property. After the viewing we was kept in touch with every little process of the property/move by Matthew Giblin and the team at wards our move was very smooth and stress free Thanks to everyone at wards Canterbury.

GoogleAbsolute pleasure to do business with. Mathew looked after me and from the viewing to me moving in Him and his team were helpful/friendly and professional. letting agents often only have the landlords best interest in mind but Wards have both the tenants and the landlords best interests in mind. Even though I’m not on the highest of wage that did not hinder me from getting a property when I applied. they truly care and any issues after moving in they won’t hesitate to help you out. This is a trust worthy company more trustworthy than even some of the top agents in the area.

She answered all of my questions (no matter how silly!) promptly and ensured everything was chased and sorted before I moved in. I cannot fault the service I recieved from her and it's made me feel confident in using Wards in the future.

GoogleVery very quick professional team, contacted on a Monday. Moved in the following Friday! Matt was very helpful and kind all throughout the process! The only thing I could of asked for was during the move date for a member of the team to show everything in person within the flat, i.e previous damages with the Audit provided. But overall an amazing team! All the best guys Joe

She was friendly and efficient and made the whole process run smoothly and quickly so that my family could move into our new house on time. GoogleBit of a late review as I rented a flat through wards last October, it takes me a while to get around to things, but I remember Matthew being fantastic throughout the process, made everything easy, was always there if I needed advice, and didn't get annoyed when we took a tad to long for documents and such. All around very helpful, I'll definitely be going back to Wards if ever I'm looking to rent a property again.

GoogleI recently bought a property with wards Canterbury to be instantly let out, also allowing wards lettings to manage the property for me. The lettings manager Lyn McDonald was very helpful for me and put the property on the market asap, I think even before they had the keys ! So well within a month of my purchase completion, I had a professional family agree terms on a tenancy . It was the fastest and most efficient service I have actually experienced with any letting agents tbh and it was absolutely effortless experience for me because of the efforts of Lyn McDonald who went above and beyond. I am so impressed with how easy this process was, as having experience with renting in the past this was by far the most smoothest and easiest process. GoogleI would definitely recommend Abi and Hamid on the rental side. The service was exceptional, it was quick and well informed whilst adding a personal touch. They both kept us informed at all stages taking away any stress from the process. I couldn’t fault the service we received and I feel comfortable knowing we are leaving our property in really good hands :)

GoogleFirst time using them and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and how professional they were in getting us moved into our new place. Matthew Giblin was great throughout the process, keeping us updated throughout and making sure that we were able to get through the paperwork without too much hassle.
