GoogleIt was a couple of years ago I decided to purchase a property in canterbury kent where I lived and studied for many years and have so many memories. however, since I am living overseas, I was very much concerned about how to find a good state agent to help me with both buying and letting the property. The very first agent I discussed my situation was WORDS. The agents helped me to purchase the house I loved and then directed me to their letting agent manager Mrs. Abey Miles to whom I am very much grateful for her five stars professional direction to the numerous questions I put to her. Mrs. Miles has been my main letting agent and I wish to be with her for years to come. Finally, I would like to take the opportunity to thank her again for putting up with me during the process of letting the house. I also wish her the best in her five stars professional career for years to come.

GoogleGreat recent experience with Matt Giblin from Ward Lettings Canterbury who recently handled the letting process for my parents. I was told by a friend who used to work in lettings that Wards are one of the better agencies. Matt was knowledgeable, highly organised and professional yet very personable, friendly and approachable. It was a smooth process.

GoogleAbi Miles dealt with us and was very helpful. She advised us on the decor and improvements necessary to enable the property to be let out. She also found a tenant within the first few days of viewings, and we were delighted. Abi was polite , helpful and professional in her attitude at all times.
