Placed an offer on a house 1 year ago, rushed by the agent to do so cause owner needed to move out asap. 1 year later still waiting for updates, have been chasing the Sales agent and the branch manager and they keep avoiding my emails. When I finally can get a reply they ignore my requests and just state they don't have updates. Non existent customer service

GoogleA wonderful experience again with wards Herne Bay, the 2nd time I've bought and sold through Graham in 3 years. They managed to get more than we expected via an Open House, but I know there were buyers disappointed they missed out. Looking at a couple of the other reviews I guess that is what happened there. I have never questioned their advice or ethics. Every offer we had was related both on the phone and via email. Ultimately it was my choice who I sold to, and I was keen to meet my buyers....maybe the reviewer before mine met their seller?? My sister is currently looking with Wards too but Tankerton way, they hand delivered brochures to her on Saturday which she loved... Keep up the good work and thank you...

We have used Wards throughout Kent, most recently their Canterbury office to let a residential property we own there. Found Abi and Hamid to be efficient & attentive to our requirements, which resulted in them very quickly finding a suitable tenant for our property. So quick that there was no void between the departure of the previous tenant and the introduction of the new. This can only be positive. Would therefore recommend.

My comments reflect the service given by Laura Baker and the staff at the Hythe office namely Mark Mark and Callum. Nothing was too much trouble for the two Marks and Callum and they are all a credit to the company. They were professional courteous and made us feel as if we were their only clients. Laura Baker as our sales progress contact was an absolute star and I think it fair to say we would not have completed on time without her sterling work. She liaised with all the parties and kept us informed about the progress sometimes outside her normal working hours. She provided a level of service which is sadly all too rare these days. My sincere thanks go to the above mentioned people and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
