Received a letter today unsolicited from Giles Warner who claims to be 'senior branch partner'. It starts "I noticed your property recently went on the market...."It has not gone on the market or even been discussed with any agent for several years. So the letter stars with a complete lie and follows up with an attempt to coerce us to ditch our imaginary current agent and appoint them. This is frankly scammer behaviour. So I looked them up with the regulatory bodies and protection schemes and found no reference to any of their multiple trading names.

Frankly the best Estate agents I have dealt with.I conducted from overseas and from the first phone call to the end of the process (securing the flat), they were helpful, precise and thourough. Laura, who was my main contact, kept in touch regularly to keep me informed of how things were going, she sent me a video of the flat as I could not visit it in person and answered all my questions regardless of how trivial those were. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a flat in that area. Thank you so much to the Ward team and Laura in particular for supporting throughout the process which in my previous experiences have been rather stressful. Not this one though!!!

Although my property did not go through to completion with Wards, I received excellent support throughout the journey. They were attentive, approachable & caring. Darren is certainly management material, deserving of any promotions. Little Mark a proactive, swift Manager pays attention to detail. Big Mark is adorable loved by all that interact with him. Not forgetting Florence who listens to her client's needs & is always immaculate & stylish. I certainly recommend them all

Our house is currently on the market and finding a certain member of staff at wards of walderslade rude and unpleasant.I understand the current market is difficult but when the staff advise they can’t work miracles to you when they are the ones that priced our house and then went to say damage had been done by a different estate agent The gentleman I spoke to was totally unprofessional and we will be removing our house from them as soon as we can

GoogleIf you are a renter with pets and looking for a rental property through Wards my advice is don’t bother as you are penalised for having pets when they choose an applicant for a property. After attending a viewing, meeting the affordability checks, having outstanding references and offering more for the property than anyone other applicant we still got turned down! 👎
We do understand that you must have been very disappointed not to secure the property you wanted however the Landlord’s decision had nothing to do with you owning a pet. We are pleased to note that the situation was fully explained by the branch staff. Please be assured that we will do everything possible to help you to find an alternative property. We're currently looking for a new house to rent and I have spoken to as many estate agents as I could find over the last few days. None have been as helpful or friendly as Jodie at Wards. I felt she really went out of her way to help me, particularly with trying to help me understand a few issues I have with my current tenancy which isn't even held with them. She is a credit to the team and has given me a very positive view of the company as a whole!
