I have been dealing with Wards Letting Agents for around 10 years, in particular Matthew Pattenden, who has always been so helpful. I can't recommend him highly enough, if there has ever been a problem he would call and answers my emails almost immediately. If I ever needed to use another letting Agent I would definately contact Matthew again.

I've found the process of buying a house through Wards of Canterbury very easy & would definitely use them again in the future. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, helpful & efficient, and in particular the Sales Progressor, Maria Meddings, has been awesome at keeping us all regularly updated & chasing the relevant people when needed to ensure everything progresses as smoothly & quickly as possible. Dont, no really just walk on by

Dont, instead just go to "get estate agent" and get some decent people with integrity to help you sell your property.They have been as much use as tits on a fish. They will value your property, list it after you sign a 20 week contract and instantly say to reduce the price on what the buyer thinks. Happy days if you want a quick sale but you will pay the commision on what its listed for.Forget the Herne Bay team responding to phone calls or emails with your concerns, you will be lucky to be able to reply to the senders email address. The 20 week contract is based on leap years so it seems and any attempt to remove your property from active listing is futile.They also add ficticious viewers to a list of people who have viewed your property and tell you if they buy with your new agent, they still want paying. Shame they dont add value like a professional sales team.Oh and forget talking to anyone in the office who can deal with your concerns, they will be out at the moment.Want as much fun as a wart on your winkie? Wards of Herne Bay's the place. Or Just go across the road

I cannot express how grateful I am with the whole team at Wards Rochester Branch. i was kept informed at all times and although there were a few hold ups at the bottom of the chain relating to solicitors I was finally informed that contracts were exchanged, which was a huge relief.Thank you to Jason and Dawn for your initial help and support and my great thanks to Debbie and Judy for not making me feel like a nuisance with my constant calls and visits to find out what was happening! Liars and Cheats

Liars and Cheats. They claimed they had received funds for a Tenancy Rental of 6 months, and then gave me an indemnity form to sign which invalidated my insurance. They didn't receive the funds and the Tenant did not, and has not paid for 6 months +. Still waiting for a Possession Order & Bailiffs to remove a Tenant which they put in my property. I've lost over £6,000 and counting. They cannot manage property rentals, do not give them your property to manage, use others in Kent. Anyone but Wards!

Just a Valuation

I popped into New Romney Branch on an off chance to see as to whether I could get a valuation, I believe it was Jake I spoke too who was extremely helpful felt I’d known for years. Took all my details and advised that it would be Hythe branch that would carry out the valuation and that he would pass all the details over. I even offered to pay as I am not selling the property, but advised it was a free service. Mark from Hythe contacted me to confirm an appointment time, very efficient I thought and on day of appointment was followed by a further call to confirm time of attendance.Mark was spot on time and again was so helpful gave me a verbal valuation then confirmed I would receive a written valuation which I did. Indeed was the same day TOP MARKS to WARDS in Hythe and New Romney. If I do sell will not hesitate to use wards.Leon Blackett
