Received amazing customer service and care!

Received amazing customer service and care from the Ramsgate branch of Wards. Maria Byrne was the agent responsible for helping me find a new property and she couldn't have worked harder. Mine was an unusual situation, but Maria did not let this phase her and she worked relentlessly on my behalf to secure the tenancy for me. She was also on hand to provide advice and information about the local area. I cannot express enough how positive this whole experience was for me. Thank you Maria - Wards are lucky to have a staff member like you!

Out and out shabby service

On 7th September I booked a viewing of a rental property in Greenhithe, Kent advertised by Wardsofkent.There was no photo of the bedroom and I was told someone will go to the property later that day, take the photo and let me know. I rang a couple of times and there was still no news of photo but each time I was told my booking was still there. On 9th September I spoke to Marina first thing in the morning. She told me she would call me in an hour's time. She did not so I called the number again after 2 hours. This time she said she was out doing viewings and she was running late. I told her I hope she would not forget to call she said she would not. I did not hear back. I called again at 3pm and this time I spoke to Sunil who said there is still no photo available but yes my booking at 11am the next day was still in the diary. I told Sunil we were travelling a long way to view the property; my daughter  from Hastings and me from London. That our 11.30 viewing was cancelled and I asked if this viewing could therefore be moved to 11.30. He said that would depend on whether they could contact the tenant. He asked me if I wanted to cancel the booking to which I said no and that we would be there at 11.00am the next day as planned. Got to London road, Greenhithe as per plan and called the agency. Person who answered the phone said she didnt know why no one let me know that the viewing was cancelled. I said I was very dissatisfied with the service and she said she was sorry. I was very tempted to go the agency and tell them exactly how I was feeling about the service we received but decided against it mainly because of Covid restrictions but also because it was more important to give the time to write this review instead.

We highly recommend Jade and her team. Not having moved house for 23 years we were a bit rusty on how the whole things works in the internet age! Jade at all times explained things clearly, was always contactable, always positive and knowledgeable. Moving house is indeed as stressful as people say - we had forgotten that too - but we have nothing but good memories of our interaction with Jade and the team. A wonderful service.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the service provided by Tony Degiorgio and Laura Fowler from Wards Rochester office who advertised my flat and secured ideal tenants in record time for the full rental price. The experience have been a very good one from start to finish; Although, the process wasn't easy, but the staffs involved with our mortgage were excellent. The support given to us was unbelievable and this aid to the successful sales of our property. Georgina Gray and her team, whom is our mortgage broker was very good and highly experience. She worked tiredly to secure our mortgage. She was great throughout the process of our application and simple the best.
