I showed Interest online about letting a property owned by Strut and Parker but the phone manner of the agent immediately put me off. She treated me like I was hugely inconveniencing and was just down right rude. Noped out if that and they just lost my business! This was in oxfordshire

I can confidently recommend Strutt Parker. They were very professional and efficient from first coming to discuss the possibility of putting my house on the market to completing the sale. Very friendly staff. However we had to correct and re-write quite a lot of the sales brochure to correct errors. Greater background and checking of prospective purchasers would have helped plus more proactive post viewing feedback and follow up. Achieved a good sale price in the end though.

BAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Watch out from this property management. They steal your money and they don’t do anything. I have a roof leak reported several times for a year and they just don’t care. People leave shoes and personal belongings in common areas which is forbidden for fire hazards, and they don’t do anything. Very bad.
