GoogleSandersons through their excellent marketing techniques achieved 15% more for my property than two budget estate agent valuations and 11% more than other local high street estate agents, proving you get what you pay for. I cannot praise Chris, Charlotte, Vicky and the Sandersons team more highly for their professional support throughout the entire sales process. Moving home can be extremely stressful however we felt from the outset we were in safe hands. I would reccomend them to any potential seller.

GoogleI recommend Sandersons at Canterbury highly. I was very impressed by the whole team (Charlotte, Antonia, Victoria, Heidi & Chris) who handled the various stages of the sale. From the outset, their advice was helpful, realistic and always friendly and professional. The sale took longer than I had hoped due to the slowness on the buyer's side, however the Sandersons sales team were diligent in chasing things up and worked closely with my solicitor, keeping me informed throughout.

First property I rented was through this agent. They used an online form to report issues and responded quickly. Unfortunately I had to leave that property but wish I could have taken this agent with me to the next one. So miserable with current agent and truly appreciate the professionalism and quality service I had before, now that I see how bad it can be with other so called market leaders. Ah well. If I move again, hopefully it will be to my own property, or I will be back with Sandersons.

GoogleI really had a very bad experience with the agency, to be precise it was at the level of property managment, i reported a lot of issues concerning the maintenance repairs, they keep on ignoring me for a quite period of time. That was unprofessional, unresponsible, and a carless kind of act.
