GoogleFrom the moment Laura paid her first visit to my property to the handing over the keys to Holly, I felt I was in good hands: professional yet friendly, actions that were timely but kept to the necessary minimum. Refreshingly, there was none of the obsequious behaviour so often associated with estate agents. In short, I would thoroughly recommend Page & Co.

FacebookMost awful letting agent I dealt with. Break into your house few times a year when they like, gave house key to third party for electrical inspection in absence of tenants.

GoogleOver the course of a year had multiple viewings with different company's and page and co have been the best by far. Laura and Abi showed us around the property very thorough and was able to answer near on all questions asked And had all the property information to hand like most other company's didn't.

FacebookEnquired about a rental property was given false information, lied about the tenants moving out date. Showed a very firm interest in the property to be told viewings were suspended at the clients request and was asked to call back the following week, when I did was told 2 other applicants had been put forward and we couldn't even be considered. Lied and would never contact again. No stars, would not recommend

Googlemany many better and trustworthy agencies in and around the Canterbury area. Without going into too many details (simply because there's not much to say other than daylight robbery) extra charges all across the board, and a service that is flawed throughout. Rude, obnoxious and quite simply sub standard and unprofessional.

Dear Mr Bismark, I think you may have the wrong agent, as I have searched for you on our system and can find no trace of you. However, just for clarification, our fees are very low compared to a lot of other agents and there are no hidden charges. We believe in offering a good service and being open and honest with our charges. Our charges are always displayed appropriately in our office and can be viewed at any time. If you are indeed a client of ours, then perhaps you could call or email me to discuss your concerns and I will do my best to resolve any issue you may have.
