GoogleIt's a lot of work to do until you are excellent in my point of view. You are the link between landlord and tenant. Beginning of tenancy is always good but in the end of the tenancy more information and correct as better comunication is what is needed.

GoogleFrom start to finish I cannot recommend Page and Co. enough. After being referred to them by a friend,the first thing we liked was that the office is staffed only by women. Holly assisted my elderly mother with every aspect of the sale of her property,all the while keeping up communication with me in another country. She went the extra mile to also help my mother with many details of the purchase of her new flat,which really was above and beyond. Not once we did we feel as if the only goal was a sale,without regard for what you as the customer needs. If you're searching for a company with the personal,caring touch,this is the one for you.......from every person in the office!

FacebookI could not possibly recommend Page & Co enough .... Laura and Holly have been absolutely incredible throughout the process of renting then selling my flat in Canterbury. They were so helpful, so efficient, so professional..... absolutely amazing. I didn’t feel for a second I was dealing with a “estate agency” - I felt I was dealing with a family business .... they made me feel so comfortable and so safe and secure at all times. I know there are bigger estate agencies out there ... but I would never ever change my experience with Page & Co for anything else... it was a journey ... and it was made of intense support, professionalism, full attention, patience and resilience. Thank you ever so much for all you have done for me. I will never ever forget.

Dear Jasmine, I am sorry that you felt you had to leave a bad review of us. We take our reviews very seriously and will always follow up in response to a bad review to get further information in order to resolve issues. However, we are genuinely confused as to why you believe we have behaved unprofessionally. You attended a viewing with us on Saturday and were advised to call the office if you wanted to secure the property. You called the office yesterday, however, someone else who had viewed the property prior to you called to secure it and the landlord gave us his instruction to proceed with them. It is worth knowing that rental properties do tend to go quickly and inevitably someone will miss out. However, we do feel that your review is a little unfair and unkind especially in this current climate, when my team is working hard during challenging times. However, judging from your comment it seems that you may have had a poor experience with other agents but if you read our genuine reviews, you will see that we are an agent that goes above and beyond to provide a good service and can only apologise on behalf of my team if you felt your experience did not live up to our usual high standards. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to personally deal with the matter.

FacebookUpon trying to get to the bottom of my returning deposit (of which £200 was wrongly taken backed up by the check out inventory) I met the hurdle of a rude Natalie. Within 10 seconds of being on the phone (never spoken to this woman prior) I was bring rudely spoken to just because I was asking for the landlords contact details as apparently this process is nothing to do with page and co but just the deposit scheme and the landlord directly. Not once during my tenency did I receive contact from my landlord or see him. Now when I need his contact details they were unable to be given to us, but they cannot understand that this is needed. After asking to be spoken to a bit nicer I was met with more rudeness and then Natalie said 'im not dealing with this' and 'Laura will be in contact' and then she hung up. I called back to tell her she hung up before taking any details, she then asked for my details (again with a rude tone) and they were given. I was still talking and then she hung up on me again. I have since tried to call back 3 times almost immediately after and the staff seem to have disappeared. Is this a joke? Trying to con £200 from the deposit and then running away when questions are being asked, is this professional? You decide. I (and im sure you) have felt the urge to be rude to customers in my time working, but the difference is I wasn't rude, and this isn't just a little bit rude. AVOID AVOID AVOID
