Raised the issue of getting a new EPC done with the property manager, setting out our rationale and asking for her thoughts on the matter. She replied promptly and gave her recommendation in clear terms. She offered to get an EPC assessor lined up if we didn't have anyone we wished to approach ourselves to do the necessary. We happily accepted her offer.

GoogleOur initial viewings with the sales advisor were not that successful in that he was ill advised & could provide very little information on the property, & gave us very little time to view. However, the rest of the staff that we dealt with were very professional & helpful.
