GoogleI had an absolutely terrible experience with Godwin Curtis Estate Agency, specifically with their agent Rachael. I had agreed to view a property and went out of my way to travel from London. However, when I was halfway there, Rachael called me to cancel the viewing, claiming that the landlord had chosen someone else. This last-minute notice was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of professionalism and consideration shown by Rachael and the agency is unacceptable. Cancelling a viewing without providing sufficient notice is disrespectful to clients who invest time and resources to attend these appointments. It also demonstrates a severe lack of organization and communication skills. What's worse is that Rachael failed to inform me beforehand about any potential issues or alternative arrangements. This lack of transparency is disconcerting and raises questions about the agency's integrity and professionalism. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using Godwin Curtis Estate Agency. Their unprofessional conduct and disregard for clients' time and convenience are not qualities one should expect from a reputable agency. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and considerate agency to work with. I hope the agency takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that other clients do not have to go through such a disappointing and inconvenient experience.

GoogleI've used Godwin Curtis twice in the last four years. Both times the experience has been really good. Great communication, always quick to return a call, or an email. Very good at chasing up issues along the chain. Working with a small independent local estate agent is a completely different experience compared with the big national chains. If I ever move again, I'll be back to Godwin Curtis - no question. Highly recommended 😀.

They were our buying agents (not selling agents) and kept in constant contact keeping us informed of not only our upward chain but also the progress of our own buyer.
