Hello friends i stayed with one of they house at canterbury.the service was very bad .And when we uplode any review online they talk about same .once i reviewed my experience saying i stayed there one year.the notice was the house sold vaccate in 2 months thats ok but i had done deep clean but they charged 800 pounds from me for same 300 was only deposit i got back.The hard earned money value only god knows how difficuly to earn the same.the maintence person is very rude.Always the boiler stops when i email he would say he would come and when he comes he talk rude.Without informing once a camera person came to house with house opned and i was shock .He said agency asked to visit they did not tell people are at home.There are lot more to share how hard was to live in that house due to no privacy.I would never recomand this agency house.when my husband visited the office the office person said o your wife uploded the review and was very unhappy with the review,but i am asking i do have right personal right to share my hardship i faced when i was under this agency right? i think yes.This is overall my personal review from heart.I would never rent any property under this agency

As a family of 4 with two teenagers, moving to a new area is a very challenging process. After a few days in Canterbury, we found a rental property, and right away we called Rachel, and were able to view the property within 1 hour. I instructed Godwin Curtis after an unsuccessful period with a high-street Canterbury agency. Jason, Jordan & the team at GC took a completely different, grown-up approach to pricing, marketing and - most importantly - connecting buyers who were genuinely interested in the property and were in a position to proceed. A buyer was found within a month of going back onto the market (for context, this is less than half the average period of other Canterbury agents) and the ongoing process then managed brilliantly. GC also DON'T try to bolt on additional services such as conveyancing, mortgage brokerage, etc, so you are dealing with a team focussed on the core task: selling your house. Very, very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.

No respect for customers, completely unprofessional and will waste your time

I called to schedule a viewing and they booked me in the same day with David. I was able to pencil out 2 hours from work last minute. It’s a 40 mins drive from where I live and I shared this detail with David in advance. I arrived and I was buzzing the property and standing outside for 10 mins waiting. I called the agency who confirmed I had the wrong address but also David was not at the property to meet me. No explanation given only that he would call me at the end of the day to reschedule. He did not call me back, not even to apologise for the unprofessionalism or complete disregard and disrespect for my time. Very disappointing and not how business should be done. I can see an offer was now made on the property but this is not how you handle clients. I understand this is a busy time for the rental market but this is also an extremely busy time for your clients at their own jobs too. Terrible service - Would NOT recommend at all.
