GoogleA very stereotype sales & letting agency, they use all the ticks of the slimy trade. Goggle Rising Damp an old 70s sitcom which will sum this organisation perfectly. Would give them zero if possible Beware especially if selling

GoogleAbsolutely appalling.... I would never recommend using Connells as an estate agent for renting purposes. I had rent through them for 20 months and is was a nightmare. Every single problem I have had,it took between 1 month to 3 months to be sorted. Waited for example for a quote, reply and actual job to change a fence panel in excess of 3 months. And that is only because I have chased it every single week, otherwise probably still to the day wouldn't be fixed...but when I decided to punish them and not pay the rent just for the fence to be fixed, they made sure that someone was doing their job of chasing the money.... So, stay away from them!

GoogleIf you are a landlord I would not recommend using this company. I have called for be last 3 months to check that rent has been paid by my tenant to be told by Christine today that she canβt check as they are too big a a company with so many branches with so many payments coming in that they wouldnβt know. Surely thatβs a fundamental part of managing my property that you can tell me if my tenant has paid. I have to keep checking as the direct debit keeps getting moved and they arenβt even aware. Then to top it off Christine promised to call me back today and despite me emailing twice to remind her had no call or email. Very frustrating

GoogleIncompetent doesnβt even scratch the surface in describing my experience with this letting agent! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Left tenants stranded on the agreed move-in date without communicating what was pending with advance notice, tenants guarantor forms were submitted ages ago, but they waited last minute to raise what was pending. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!! Unprofessional, Iβm totally disgusted!
