Dear Roland I was sorry to read your review and I have naturally investigated the situation regarding your experience and interest in the property. Having discussed the circumstances in detail with my colleagues I understand you were advised by our Lettings team that the subject property would not be appropriate for the number of people in your party, I understand this is disappointing news, however we have very specific requirements laid out by our landlord client for the number of people they would like to occupy the house which we of course need to adhere to. As my colleague mentioned to your wife in email correspondence we would of course be pleased to keep you updated with alternative properties that become available and we hoped to be able to find you a more suitable option if at all possible. Once again I’m sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. We have a policy of being clear, open and honest about the specifics and suitability of our properties as this approach avoids unnecessary wasted time and logistics for prospective tenants.
