The whole team are very professional, especially Zoe Lawton - Barrett (Head of Operations). I am most satisfied with the way in which the management of my property has been carried out. Also, any dealings in the past with Charles and the sales team have been equally first class. I highly recommend Charles Bainbridge.

GoogleThis Estate agent put up a For Sale board outside our property which is not for sale ! The property they are selling is at least 75 metres away on our estate . Despite phoning them to remove it , they have not removed it , so i did. A terrible Estate Agent !
We're very sorry to hear that the board was placed near your property in error, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. While the sign was not connected to your address, it clearly caused disruption and we regret that it was not removed as quickly as it should have been. We’ve raised this with the contractor responsible for our boards to prevent it happening again. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

They were helpful, knowledgeable about the property we were looking to buy, and supported us from start to end of the transaction to make sure all was going smoothly. We would 100% use them again! Charlie and his team were highly professional and friendly, and even the little things have been thought about - we also appreciated the general market knowledge Charlie had meaning he had an idea of local architects we could talk to, surveyors etc, general things to know about buying a listed building which we really appreciated. GoogleWe cannot thank Charlie and his team enough for what was a rather protracted and difficult property sale in trying times and an uncertain economy. Communication is key to any transaction and Charlie along with Paul and Faye continually kept us up to date whilst always working tirelessly to formulate solutions to problems inherent in multiple concurrent sales. Even when the stress levels were are tipping point the Bainbridge team were always positive and understanding, took every phone call and did not loose sight of getting the sales over the line, would highly recommend them in the east Kent area.

GoogleVery fast and thorough to place the property on the market. Very prompt and open communication, easy to schedule in viewers and feedback given on everyone who came to the property. Weekly updates with regards to viewing figures on rightmove. Very reliable estate agents - would use them again!
